Bray Parish Main Council meetings are usually held every six weeks with allowances for bank holidays.

All Main Council meetings are open to the public and copies of the agendas are posted on the noticeboards at Holyport War Memorial Hall, Londis Stroud Farm Road, Bray Village Hall, Entrance to Tithe Barn Drive, Bus Stop on Fifield Road, John Train Nursery and Braywood Memorial Hall.

Council meetings may be cancelled if the meeting will not be quorate (a minimum of 6 Councillors is required for the Main Council Meeting to be quorate).

Extraordinary Council Meetings may be called in exceptional circumstances, the notice required for these meetings will be the same as for a normal meeting ie three working days.
